Our products were largely born out of frustration with the minimal longevity of what was then available to waterfowl hunters in terms of hunting gear. Working duck hunters are harder on their equipment than a tantrum-throwing brat kid is on his toys. The difference is that duck hunters have to pay for their goodies with their own hard-earned money. We'll assume you've suffered the same disappointment with cheap excuses for waterfowling equipment, and save you an ear-burning rant about it.
Let's just leave it at this: If you buy something from us, and it breaks under circumstances which you honestly believe it shouldn't break, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Return your product to an authorized Blackwing Advancements retailer, or contact our customer service department using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. All we ask is that you provide the broken product and a proof of purchase (receipt from the store or upc code from the packaging) when you bring the weight back to the store. If directly dealing with us (Blackwing customer service) is easier, please provide a picture of the broken product (weight) and a picture of the receipt from the retailer. When replacing the weight, we will either send it directly to you, or to the nearest authorized Blackwing Advancements dealer--whichever is easier for you.
