At Blackwing Advancements, our products were born out of frustration with current products on the market. One of these frustrations was the minimal longevity (i.e. short working life) of products that we have used in the field, therefore, we set out to make quality products that last season after season and stand up to the harsh rigors of waterfowl hunting.
We believe that you shouldn't have to replace your equipment every year, it's a hassle and can be very frustrating and costly. Because of this we put a
"no questions asked, 3 year guarantee" on our products. What does this mean to you? If anything happens to your Blackwing product because of us (manufacturer's defect), we will replace the product at no cost to you. If, for some reason, a bungee breaks or a crimp slips anytime during the 3 years after the purchase date, please let us know. Return your product to an authorized Blackwing Advancements retailer, or contact our customer service department using the email address customerservice@blackwingadvancements.com.
All we ask is that you provide the broken product and a proof of purchase (receipt from the store or upc code from the packaging) when you bring the weight back to the store. If directly dealing with us (Blackwing customer service) is easier, please provide a picture of the broken product (weight) and a picture of the receipt from the retailer. When replacing the weight, we will either send it directly to you, or to the nearest authorized Blackwing Advancements dealer, whichever is easier for you.
